Jason Baker
​Chairperson
Jason is a native to Memphis, Tennessee with a passion for expanding opportunities for others. He has served in youth development and social entrepreneurship roles, and currently serves as Executive Director of Memphis-based non-profit Champions for Literacy as well as CEO of marketing agency Thrive Creative Partners. He and his family aim to keep personal rhythms to support strong mental health, making the work of the Crisis Center personal. When he is not passionately telling the story of the organizations he's involved with, Jason enjoys just about anything beginning with the letter "B" - Baker family time, bands, bikes, books and basketball.
Bucky Stewart
Secretary
Bucky Stewart is a seasoned financial advisor with 38 years of experience in the industry. He began his finance career with Duncan-Williams, Inc. in Memphis, Tennessee. In 1987, he joined Centerre Bank as a resident advisor in West Plains, Missouri. After several years in the financial industry, he and his wife, Kris, made the decision to move closer to family back in Memphis, where he has continued to work in finance at Wells Fargo and Morgan Stanley. His goal has always been to build strong personal relationships with his clients, which often goes beyond investing. In addition to spending time with his family (Kris, Troy, Jillian, and labradoodle, Cooter), he enjoys staying active by swimming, running, biking, golfing, and hunting. He accomplished his first Half Iron Man here in Memphis in 2022, and has stayed very active at his church for over 30 years.​
Harold Beaver
Along with his volunteer work at the Memphis Crisis Center, Harold serves on the AARP Tennessee Executive Council. He was also appointed to the West Division Leadership Team and the TN Volunteer Support Team in 2015 as Congressional District Lead (District 9). Most recently, Harold served as a principal in Memphis City Schools. Committed to lifelong service in retirement, Harold is an Adjunct Professor at Christian Brothers University, volunteers with several Veterans organizations, serves on the TN Advisory Committee on Open Government, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, and is active in his local church. He dedicates his service to all ages Pre-K to Post-secondary on through the, “Real Possibilities”, 50+ generation. Harold currently resides in Memphis.
